CRDN of Arizona helps families and businesses recover after fire, flood, or disaster. As a leading provider of contents restoration services, we specialize in textile, electronics, art, and general contents cleaning, pack-outs, and pack-backs.
We're expanding in Tucson and looking for a motivated, self-directed Project Manager to lead claims, coordinate field jobs, and build referral relationships. If you want more than a desk job - this is meaningful work that blends logistics, customer care, and local business development.
What You'll Do
- Oversee contents restoration claims in the field - from pack-outs to delivery
- Coordinate crews from Phoenix or local labor to complete jobs
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers, contractors, and adjusters
- Ensure every claim is managed with care, accuracy, and efficiency
- Build referral relationships with insurance adjusters, property managers, and contractors
- Attend local events and meetings to promote CRDN and grow our presence in Southern Arizona
What We Offer
- $50,000 base salary + commission

What We're Looking For
- Experience in contents restoration, mitigation, construction, moving, insurance, or related fields
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently
- Comfortable working in the field, inside damaged homes, and around general labor tasks
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 35–50 lbs when assisting with pack-outs
- Tech-savvy with smartphones, tablets, and apps for claim documentation
