Tokyo Joe's is looking for YOU Come be a part of a fast-paced and FUN fast casual restaurant environment We are looking to hire a hard-working, self-motivated and high energy individual to join our staff as the Restaurant Manager.

This position demands creativity daily, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain the highest level of standards. The Restaurant Manager must work well under pressure, is organized, flexible, self-motivated and reliable. I am considering all experienced Restaurant managers for this position.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage overall operations under the guidance of the District Manager
• Purchasing, inventory control, budgeting, maintaining costs, controlling, labor, training, scheduling, safety and sanitation
• Ensuring an excellent guest experience    

Qualifications & Skills:

• At least one years of Restaurant Manager in a fast-paced, restaurant environment
• Proven leadership and time management skills
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal and administrative skills 
• Stress Management/Composure
