The Job
The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to the CEO and Executive Team by handling a wide range of confidential and time-sensitive duties. This position requires a professional who is organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while maintaining a high level of discretion. The Executive Assistant serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on all matters pertaining to executive priorities, communication, and coordination.
Position Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain executive calendars, including scheduling meetings and appointments
- Coordinate travel logistics including itineraries and accommodations
- Prepare, edit, and format correspondence, communications, presentations, and other materials
- Serve as a liaison between executives, staff, clients, and external partners
- Coordinate and organize meetings, including agenda preparation, logistics, and follow-up on action items
- Track and manage key deadlines, tasks, and project deliverables
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with a high degree of integrity and discretion
- Support the executive team with special projects and assignments
- Perform general office support as needed

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams)

Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the employee works in an office environment with typical office equipment.
Education and Experience
- 5 years administrative experience.
- Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.
- Prior executive assistance experience a plus.
Schedule
Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Overtime may be required during peak times.
