What You'll Do:

• Provide holistic nursing care to individuals across the lifespan in a welcoming outpatient clinic setting
• Foster an inclusive and respectful environment for all patients, including LGBTQ+ individuals and other underserved communities
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care
• Assist with clinical tasks including patient intake, administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and health education
• Support clinic operations by helping to maintain accurate patient records

What We're Looking For:

• Active and unrestricted LPN license in New York State
• At least 1 year of nursing experience (community health, med/surg, or pediatric experience a plus)
• Active BLS/CPR certification
• Team player who thrives in a mission-based environment
• Bilingual is a plus (Spanish, South Asian, East Asian, or Southeast Asian languages especially welcome)
