Medication Aide

Kingston Rehabilitation of Perrysburg is hiring Medication Aides to join our Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation community. In this position, you�ll play a key role by safely administering medications, assisting with daily living needs, and supporting residents through their recovery and long-term care journeys.

• Administer medications accurately, safely, and on schedule in compliance with physician orders and state regulations

• Record medication administration according to facility policies and regulatory standards

• Monitor residents for changes in condition or side effects and promptly report concerns to licensed nursing staff

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as grooming, hygiene, and mobility, as needed

• Communicate respectfully and effectively with residents, families, and fellow team members

• Contribute to a safe, clean, and supportive environment for residents in both rehab and long-term care

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Active Medication Aide certification (QMA, CMA, or MA-C) in the State of Ohio

• Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care preferred

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented attitude

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare environment
