Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Naples, FL, for a Pool Construction Superintendent. The role involves overseeing and managing all aspects of pool construction projects, including site preparation, scheduling, and coordinating teams to ensure quality and timely completion. The superintendent will supervise construction safety protocols, manage project budgets, liaise with contractors and vendors, and ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Construction Site Management, including scheduling, supervising teams, and delivering successful projects.
- Strong knowledge and implementation of Construction Safety protocols and standards.
- Exceptional Organization Skills for managing materials, timelines, and project documentation.
- Proficiency in Budgeting and monitoring costs to ensure financial efficiency.
- Experience in Project Management with the ability to handle multiple projects, communicate effectively, and problem-solve in dynamic environments.
- Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings related to pool construction.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools for project management and scheduling.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
