Responsibilities:
- Receive, verify, and store incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack customer orders with accuracy.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work environment.
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures, including the correct use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory control measures, such as cycle counts.
- Assist with other warehouse tasks as assigned by management.
- Contribute to a positive and productive team atmosphere.
The ideal candidate possesses a strong work ethic, is detail-oriented, and can work effectively in a team setting. Prior experience in a warehouse environment is beneficial but not mandatory. This role requires physical exertion, including lifting up to 50 lbs regularly and standing for prolonged periods. Safety is our utmost priority, and we expect all employees to strictly adhere to safety protocols and use required PPE. Familiarity with logistics operations is a plus.
