Painter/Prepper

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or cracks.
• Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes and spray equipment.
• Mix paints and other materials as needed to achieve desired colors and textures.
• Ensure all work areas are kept clean and organized throughout the project.
• Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and to specifications.

Requirements

• Previous experience in painting or related labor work is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods.
• Familiarity with various painting techniques and tools is a plus.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Willingness to learn new skills and techniques related to painting and labor tasks.

Pay: $18.50-$22.00 per hour
