As an Inside Sales Representative for NSA, some of your responsibilities include managing retention and growth of revenue for assigned accounts, building strong relationships with current and new customer contacts, identifying new opportunities, and acting as a brand ambassador to the customer. Your day to day activities will include:/polliOwning the customer relationships for assigned accounts and maintaining regular contact cadence./liliGrowing revenue within assigned accounts according to the annual plan./liliIdentifying opportunities to increase share of wallet./liliActively promoting new products and/or products relevant to the customers growth plan./liliEducating and advising assigned customers about products and services offered./liliCoordinating with Customer Experience, Marketing, and other internal partners to ensure customer satisfaction./liliConducting business review meetings with target customers as necessary./liliBuilding and managing opportunity pipeline in Salesforce.com./liliMaintaining accurate records in Salesforce.com and/or other applicable technology./liliCreating and managing account plans for target accounts./liliFollow-up with leads as assigned./li/olpNon-Essential Job Functions: Other duties as assigned/ppTraining: On the job/ppQualifications: Education
Certifications: Degree in business is preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience: 1-3+ year(s) inside sales or sales development experience preferred with demonstrated record of achievement; intermediate or higher skill level in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word, Experience in business software
ERP, order entry software, CRM preferably Salesforce./ppKey Competencies: Performs well under pressure, Team-Oriented, Listener and Problem-Solver, Good Time Management, Flexible, Highly Organized, Detail-Oriented, Reliable, Highly Engaged, Good Professional Communication (written
