Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming merchandise.
- Accurately pick items for customer orders.
- Pack orders securely for safe transit.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles and trailers.
- Operate manual and powered warehouse equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety standards.
- Participate in inventory management activities, including cycle counts.
- Ensure compliance with all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Identify and report any operational inefficiencies or safety hazards.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or manual labor role is advantageous.
- Physical ability to lift, carry, push, and pull products, up to 50 lbs.
- Capability of frequent lifting and standing for prolonged periods.
- Understanding of basic warehouse procedures and logistics.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity targets.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and using PPE.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
