Join our team as a Shipping & Receiving Associate in San Jose, California! This vital role supports the efficient flow of goods into and out of our facility. You will be responsible for managing incoming shipments, verifying contents, stocking inventory, and preparing outgoing orders for delivery. Accuracy, organization, and a commitment to Safety are paramount in this position. Your ability to handle **Lifting** and follow **PPE** guidelines will be essential. Responsibilities: Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments. Verify accuracy of received goods against purchase orders. Stock inventory in appropriate locations within the warehouse. Pick, pack, and stage outgoing orders for shipment. Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts. Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks) safely. Ensure the shipping and receiving areas are kept clean and organized. Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures. Utilize and maintain all required PPE . Ability to perform tasks involving moderate to heavy Lifting . Contribute to the overall efficiency of our Logistics operations.
