We are seeking a reliable Warehouse Worker to join our busy logistics facility in San Jose, California. Responsibilities include receiving and processing incoming stock, picking and filling orders with precision, packing and staging items for shipment, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and sort incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick and pack orders according to customer specifications and company standards.
- Stage prepared orders for shipment, ensuring correct labeling and documentation.
- Organize and maintain inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely.
- Conduct regular checks to ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safe lifting techniques.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as directed.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of our logistics operations by performing duties diligently.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and collaborate effectively with team members.
- Prior experience in a warehouse or general labor role is beneficial.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including frequent lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to stand, walk, and be active for the duration of the shift.
- Understanding of warehouse safety and basic logistics procedures.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude are essential.
- Capability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
