Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments, verifying against documentation.
  • Accurately stock merchandise in designated warehouse locations.
  • Pick customer orders efficiently and precisely from warehouse shelves.
  • Pack orders using appropriate materials to ensure product safety during transit.
  • Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
  • Conduct cycle counts and participate in inventory management tasks.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment according to company guidelines.
  • Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Assist with shipping operations, including staging and loading of outbound shipments.
  • Perform tasks involving lifting and moving items, with weights often up to 45 pounds.
  • Contribute to the overall effectiveness and smooth operation of our logistics hub.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or similar logistics role is preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift throughout the shift.
  • Experience with warehouse equipment operation is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of inventory and logistics principles.
  • Willingness to follow safety procedures and utilize PPE.
