The ideal candidate is a motivated individual with strong organizational skills and the physical ability to perform tasks such as standing, walking, and lifting throughout their shift. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments.
- Stock merchandise accurately in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack customer orders efficiently and with precision.
- Prepare shipments for outgoing delivery, ensuring correct labeling and documentation.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, safely and effectively.
- Conduct inventory counts and assist with stock management.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company safety guidelines, including proper lifting techniques and the use of PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Participate in training to enhance knowledge of logistics and warehouse best practices.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Proficiency in standing, walking, and moving for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced logistics environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Understanding of warehouse safety procedures and PPE.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic.
