This role is essential for the accurate and timely processing of customer orders, contributing directly to customer satisfaction. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will perform a variety of tasks including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders within our warehouse. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and possesses the physical stamina to thrive in a fast-paced logistics environment. You will be expected to work efficiently, adhere to strict quality control standards, and maintain a safe work area. This position involves significant physical activity, including standing, walking, and lifting, and requires strict adherence to all safety guidelines and the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Responsibilities:
- Process incoming inventory, including receiving, inspecting, and stocking.
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Prepare shipments for outgoing delivery, verifying labels and documentation.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks safely.
- Conduct inventory checks and assist with cycle counts to maintain accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
- Comply with all company safety policies, including proper lifting techniques and PPE requirements.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment targets.
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance skills in logistics and warehouse operations.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or logistics role is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and move for extended periods.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Understanding of warehouse safety procedures, including PPE usage.
