About
We are looking for dedicated Fulfillment Associates to join our expanding logistics center in Indianapolis, Indiana. This role encompasses a variety of tasks essential to the efficient operation of our fulfillment process. You will be involved in picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and quality at every step. Our Fulfillment Associates are key to our ability to meet customer demands and maintain high standards in the supply chain. A commitment to safety, including the proper use of PPE and understanding of safe lifting practices, is a must. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure quality before packing.
- Use warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and scanners, safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and contribute to overall warehouse cleanliness.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety protocols, including the correct use of PPE and safe lifting techniques.
- Assist with inventory management, including cycle counts and stock replenishment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily fulfillment goals.
- Support various logistics functions as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Must be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the fulfillment department.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a warehouse or fulfillment role is preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with logistics operations and warehouse safety procedures.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime when necessary.
- Must be comfortable using various warehouse technologies and equipment.
