Job Summary:
We are looking for a diligent and motivated Warehouse Worker to join our growing team in Raleigh, North Carolina. In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining the smooth operation of our warehouse facilities. Your responsibilities will include handling a variety of tasks related to the storage, movement, and shipment of goods. You will be involved in all aspects of warehouse operations, from receiving inventory to preparing orders for dispatch. Responsibilities:
  • Receive and inspect incoming inventory for accuracy and condition.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with high accuracy.
  • Operate pallet jacks and hand trucks for material movement.
  • Organize and maintain warehouse stock in designated locations.
  • Ensure all warehouse areas are kept clean, organized, and free of hazards.
  • Comply with all company policies and Safety regulations.
  • Wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
  • Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory management.
  • Load and unload delivery vehicles as required.
  • Adhere to Lifting requirements, assisting with items up to 40 lbs.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required; we provide training.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks.
  • Strong commitment to workplace Safety and operational efficiency.
  • Basic understanding of inventory control principles.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Flexibility to work different shifts as needed.
  • Reliable and punctual attendance.
  • Familiarity with logistics operations.
