Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming inventory for accuracy and condition.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with high accuracy.
- Operate pallet jacks and hand trucks for material movement.
- Organize and maintain warehouse stock in designated locations.
- Ensure all warehouse areas are kept clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Comply with all company policies and Safety regulations.
- Wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory management.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles as required.
- Adhere to Lifting requirements, assisting with items up to 40 lbs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required; we provide training.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks.
- Strong commitment to workplace Safety and operational efficiency.
- Basic understanding of inventory control principles.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Flexibility to work different shifts as needed.
- Reliable and punctual attendance.
- Familiarity with logistics operations.
