We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate to join our thriving logistics operations in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring that customer orders are accurately picked, packed, and prepared for shipment. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on order fulfillment lists.
- Inspect products for quality and accuracy before packing.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, selecting appropriate packaging materials.
- Apply shipping labels and documentation correctly to packages.
- Operate scanning devices to track order progress and inventory levels.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area within the fulfillment zone.
- Adhere strictly to all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Ensure consistent use of required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Assist with receiving, stocking, and other warehouse duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, order fulfillment, or logistics role is advantageous.
- Ability to perform moderate Lifting, up to 40 lbs.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods.
- Reliability and a positive attitude are essential.
