Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our busy warehouse team in Seattle, Washington. This role is central to our logistics operations, ensuring the efficient and accurate handling of all incoming and outgoing shipments. You will be responsible for unloading trucks, verifying incoming goods, preparing outgoing orders, and maintaining accurate inventory records. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and committed to upholding rigorous Safety standards. You will play a key role in ensuring that our supply chain runs smoothly, supporting both our suppliers and customers. Responsibilities:
  • Unload incoming shipments and verify contents against purchase orders and packing slips.
  • Inspect goods for damage or discrepancies and report findings promptly.
  • Accurately record all received items into the inventory management system.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and proper packaging.
  • Stage outgoing shipments for carrier pickup.
  • Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Adhere strictly to all company Safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE .
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with cycle counts.
  • Handle moderate physical tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations.
  • Proficiency with inventory management software and scanning equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics principles.
  • Commitment to workplace Safety and the correct use of PPE .
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods.
  • Good organizational and communication skills.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
