About
Become a Fulfillment Associate in our Austin, Texas location and be at the heart of our e-commerce operations. This role is responsible for accurately and efficiently processing customer orders, from picking items to packing and preparing them for shipment. You will contribute directly to customer satisfaction by ensuring orders are fulfilled correctly and promptly. A focus on safety and attention to detail are paramount.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, verify, and stock incoming inventory.
- Pick items from warehouse shelves based on order fulfillment lists.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Prepare packages for shipment, including labeling and documentation.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and order pickers, safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure efficient logistics .
- Adhere to all company safety guidelines and wear required PPE , including gloves and safety glasses.
- Participate in inventory management activities, including cycle counts.
- Handle items that may require careful lifting , up to 30 lbs.
- Identify and report any damaged goods or discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment targets.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or similar environment is a plus.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
- Comfortable with tasks involving moderate lifting .
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Commitment to following safety procedures and using PPE .
- Basic understanding of inventory control and warehouse logistics .
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills.
- Team-oriented and reliable.
