Join our team as a Warehouse Worker in Fort Worth, Texas, and play a vital role in our supply chain operations. This position involves a variety of tasks, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping goods. You will contribute to the efficient flow of inventory, ensuring that orders are processed accurately and on time. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and process incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack orders accurately according to customer requirements.
- Stock and organize inventory in designated warehouse areas.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, as needed.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, especially those related to safety .
- Wear appropriate PPE at all times while on the warehouse floor.
- Assist with inventory counts and stocktaking.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area, contributing to overall warehouse logistics .
- Perform tasks that may involve regular lifting of items up to 40 lbs.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety .
- Willingness to wear and use required PPE .
- Basic understanding of inventory management.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Understanding of general logistics and warehousing principles is beneficial.
- Reliable and punctual.
