Job Summary:
Join our team as a Warehouse Associate in Dallas, Texas, where you'll be an integral part of our logistics and supply chain operations. This position involves a wide range of duties focused on the efficient handling of goods within our facility. You will be responsible for receiving inventory, stocking shelves, picking and packing orders accurately, and preparing items for shipment. A key aspect of this role is maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment. You will operate various warehouse equipment and must follow all established safety protocols diligently, including the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This role requires physical stamina, including the ability to perform significant lifting throughout the day. We are looking for a reliable and motivated individual eager to contribute to our team's success and grow within the logistics industry.
Responsibilities:
  • Receive, verify, and store incoming shipments.
  • Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specifications.
  • Stage orders for outgoing shipment.
  • Operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and other material handling equipment safely.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through careful stocking and order fulfillment.
  • Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and hazard-free.
  • Strictly follow all safety guidelines and procedures, including proper lifting techniques and the use of PPE.
  • Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient workflow and meet deadlines.
  • Report any damages, discrepancies, or safety concerns to management.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous warehouse or general labor experience is preferred.
  • Ability to perform lifting (up to 50 lbs) and stand/walk for extended periods.
  • Understanding of basic logistics and warehouse operations.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Reliability and a strong work ethic.
  • Commitment to workplace safety and the correct use of PPE.
