About
We are seeking experienced Forklift Operators to join our state-of-the-art warehouse facility in Denver, Colorado. As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of forklifts to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise. Your role is critical to maintaining smooth warehouse operations and supporting our overall logistics. You will handle a variety of materials and ensure that inventory is managed correctly and safely. This position requires a high level of responsibility and adherence to strict safety protocols.
Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts (sit-down, stand-up, reach trucks) safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload trucks and trailers.
- Move and stack merchandise according to warehouse layout and safety standards.
- Perform daily pre-operation checks on forklifts and report any maintenance issues.
- Assist with inventory management, including cycle counts and stock rotation.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including the correct use of PPE.
- Collaborate with other warehouse staff to ensure efficient workflow.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Forklift Operator with a clean driving record.
- Valid forklift certification is required.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.
- Ability to perform heavy Lifting, up to 50 lbs, and work in demanding physical conditions.
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety principles and practices.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Willingness to adhere to all safety regulations and wear required PPE.
