Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in a warehouse supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, logistics, and inventory management systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with PPE requirements.
- Proficiency in lifting assessment and management of physically demanding tasks.
- Experience with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems).
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong understanding of safety best practices in a warehouse environment.
