Lead Bartender

Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. Experience in running a service well and fast-paced environments is highly valued.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Provide quick ticket times at the service well.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
• Adhere to food safety and handling regulations to ensure the health and safety of all guests.
• Manage inventory of bar supplies and assist with restocking as needed.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
• Stay updated on drink trends, menu changes, and special promotions to enhance guest experience.
• Available to work Thurs-Saturday with frequent Wednesdays & Sundays.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience is required, especially at a service bar or fast paced dining environments.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong knowledge of food safety practices and food handling regulations.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team setting.
• Flexibility to work evenings on weekdays, weekends, and holidays as required by the business needs.
• A passion for the hospitality industry and a desire to help create memorable experiences for guests.
• POS Understanding. (we use Toast)
