ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Supporting the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)

SALTT / Keto Chow

ABOUT THE COMPANY

SALTT and Keto Chow are fast-growing, product-driven brands built on obsessive quality, real community, and memorable customer experience.

  • SALTT
is a premium electrolyte brand built for active lifestyles—skiing, snowboarding, skateboarding, water sports and everyday performance.
  • Keto Chow
is a leader in keto meal replacement shakes, trusted by tens of thousands of customers for convenience, nutrition, and consistency.

Both brands move quickly, value clarity over chaos, and expect excellence without ego.

THE ROLE

We're looking for a highly organized, proactive Administrative Assistant
to support our
Chief Marketing Officer
across SALTT and Keto Chow.

This role is less about "task taking" and more about
anticipation, organization, and leverage
—helping the CMO stay focused on strategy, creative direction, and leadership by owning the details that keep everything moving smoothly.

You'll be close to real decisions, real launches, and real growth.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

EXECUTIVE & ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT

  • Manage calendars, meetings, and scheduling for the CMO
  • Prepare agendas, notes, follow-ups, and action items from meetings
  • Handle email triage, prioritization, and responses when appropriate
  • Track deadlines, deliverables, and ongoing projects across teams

ORGANIZATION & SYSTEMS

  • Maintain clean, well-structured Google Drive folders and documents
  • Help document SOPs, workflows, and internal processes
  • Keep task management systems updated (Asana, Notion, ClickUp, etc.)
  • Ensure nothing falls through the cracks—especially across multiple brands

MARKETING & TEAM SUPPORT

  • Assist with coordination between marketing, design, influencer, web, and ops teams
  • Help organize product launches, campaigns, and content calendars
  • Collect assets, approvals, and feedback for marketing initiatives
  • Light copy support, proofreading, and formatting when needed

COMMUNICATION & COORDINATION

  • Act as a point of contact between the CMO and internal/external partners
  • Schedule and organize meetings with agencies, contractors, and collaborators
  • Follow up with teams to ensure execution and accountability

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

MUST HAVES

  • Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable juggling multiple priorities without panic
  • Proactive mindset—you don't wait to be told what to fix
  • High level of discretion and professionalism
  • Comfortable working in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar)

NICE-TO-HAVES

  • Experience supporting an executive or C-level leader
  • Familiarity with marketing, e-commerce, or consumer brands
  • Experience with task management tools (Asana, Notion, ClickUp, etc.)
  • Basic understanding of Shopify, email marketing, or social media workflows
  • Interest in health, fitness, nutrition, or active lifestyle brands

HOW YOU'LL SUCCEED IN THE ROLE

  • You think
    three steps ahead
    , not one
  • You create calm where there could be chaos
  • You care about clarity, cleanliness, and follow-through
  • You take pride in making other people more effective
  • You're comfortable moving fast without perfect instructions

COMPENSATION & DETAILS

  • Full-time or part-time (depending on candidate fit)
  • Competitive pay based on experience
