JOB SUMMARY: This role is designed for a seasoned leader to oversee our team of Field Project Managers, Site Leads and Mechanical Technicians across a designated region. With a commitment to excellence, the Regional Field Execution Manager will ensure the successful installation and maintenance of conveyor systems, uphold high standards of service, and drive continuous improvement across all regional projects.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

  • Regional Oversight : Supervise a team of Field Service personnel, ensuring all conveyor system projects within the region are executed flawlessly, on time, and within budget.
  • Performance Reporting : Compile comprehensive reports on regional project performance, including progress updates, challenges, and resolutions, for senior management and internal teams.
  • Team Support : Provide ongoing support to the field teams, facilitating resources and guidance to empower their success.
  • Internal Collaboration : Act as the primary liaison between the field services team and internal departments, including project and program management teams, to ensure seamless coordination and communication.
  • Quality Assurance : Take ownership of the installation quality and service excellence within the region, enforcing standards and protocols to maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Strategic Planning : Develop and implement regional strategies for the efficient and effective delivery of field services, including resource allocation, process improvements, and technology adoption.
  • Training and Development : Identify training needs and opportunities for team development, ensuring teams are well-equipped with the necessary skills, knowledge and equipment.
  • Budget Oversight: Direct and oversee the management of project budgets within the region, ensuring fiscal responsibility and cost-effectiveness in all field operations.
  • Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5+ years proven experience in a supervisory or management role within project management, preferably in the conveyor industry or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage teams across multiple locations.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of conveyor system design, installation, and maintenance.
  • Must have advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office products
  • Possess adequate skill to navigate and work within company's ERP and CRM software
  • Experience utilizing AutoDesk products for viewing drawings a plus
  • Ability to travel as needed to oversee projects and support team members within the region.
  • Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.
  • Successful completion of 90-day probationary period

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Project Management, or a related field, OR equivalent experience with a minimum of 10 years in the field.
  • Advanced leadership training or certifications preferred.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand, walk, and sit. They will be required to lift up to 75 pounds, push and pull. The employee will spend the majority of time on the job site, which may involve exposure to varying conditions and environments. Additional time will be spent using a computer, phone, and other technological devices.

WORK ENVIRONMENT: The work environment varies for this position and the employee is exposed to moving mechanical parts and fumes or airborne particles. The noise level in the work environment is mixed and the air temperature fluctuates with the seasonal weather. The environment is subject to change based on customer sites, facility layouts, and specific project requirements.
