Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in program or project management in an enterprise, cloud, or technology environment.
  • Experience working with executive-level clients or stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience in process improvement or Lean Six Sigma.
  • Experience in the business technology market as a program manager in SaaS, cloud computing, or emerging technologies.
  • Experience with cross-functional engineering, sales, and marketing teams in cloud computing or related fields.
  • Experience managing expectations, needs, and priorities of executive internal stakeholders based on the overall goal and program success.
  • Experience working effectively on a product, team, or process.
About the job

In this role, you will support and drive all phases of Global Solution Go-To-Market (GTM) processes. Your team will be responsible for the overall planning, execution, and delivery of solution projects. You will also be coordinating with and leading cross-functional teams (e.g., solution managers, solution architects, content team, product teams), to drive progress according to project plans and achieve key project milestones.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $130,000-$191,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
  • Scale the work of the Google Cloud GTM teams by creating, defining, running, and reporting on global cross-functional programs according to business needs.
  • Measure and report on key metrics to identify any need to change course, cancel, or scale the program's effectiveness globally.
  • Communicate status and identify any obstacles and paths for resolution to stakeholders, including executive leaders, in a transparent, regular, professional, and timely manner.
  • Establish expectations and rationale on deliverables for stakeholders and contributors.
  • Provide program performance feedback to enable efficient cross-functional operations and iterate on the program effectively, rapidly, and at scale.
