INTERVIEW SCHEDULING COORDINATOR (CONTRACT)

The Interview Scheduling Coordinator will provide a broad range of administrative and scheduling support to our client's Staff Selection Department. This position works closely with a team of Recruitment and Staff Selection Consultants to support the process for the full hiring cycle. This is a 40 hour/week remote position.

Job Responsibilities and Activities

  • Support day to day selection activities related to high volume of candidates
  • Schedule all candidate interviews, travel, etc.
  • Provide support to Staff Selection Consultant
  • Oversee administration functions and processes surrounding staff selection
  • Assist with logistical planning and execution of internal and external interviews
  • Manage phone and email communication to candidates
  • Monitor candidate reimbursement
  • Work with outside vendors for completion of references and background checks
  • Code invoices related to candidate expenses
  • Manage inventory and shipment of "Surprise & Delight" items sent to candidates

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and teamwork skills
  • Demonstrated customer focus, and initiative
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve significant results while working independently and with minimal supervision
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Resourcefulness in problem-solving
  • Demonstrable ability to work with different personalities and work styles.
  • Positive and enthusiastic attitude

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience from which comparable skills can be acquired
  • Experience with iCIMS applicant tracking system

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: From $23.00 per hour
