What You'll Do

As a Loader, you'll be responsible for preparing customer orders for delivery by safely loading them into box trucks with precision and efficiency. This includes retrieving orders, handling containers, and ensuring each shipment meets quality standards. The role requires a strong attention to detail, understanding how loading accuracy impacts on-time delivery, inventory, and the customer experience.
 

This is a physically demanding position requiring repetitive lifting of up to 75 pounds, extensive walking, and a fast-paced work style to meet daily truck-loading goals.

Status: Full-Time
Shift: Sunday – Thursday, 3rd shift
Hours: 8:00 PM - 6:00 AM (overtime as needed). Because we're a customer order-driven operation, end times aren't fixed — we work until the day's orders are done.

Compensation and Benefits

• Starting Pay: $15/hr guaranteed for your first 8 weeks.
• Performance Pay: After 8 weeks, pay is based on your piece rate, with a guaranteed minimum of $14/hour and no cap on what you can earn. If you perform above the $15/hour level before the 8-week mark, you'll be paid accordingly – we believe in rewarding performance as it happens
• Perfect Attendance Incentive: Eligible team members will earn 5–10% more on their pick rate by maintaining perfect attendance during a lookback period.

Tools and Technology

You'll use equipment such as forklifts, walkie-riders, pallet jacks, and dollies, along with RF scanning devices and warehouse management systems to ensure smooth operations.

Work Environment

Our warehouse environment includes ambient conditions that may be cold in the winter and hot in the summer, with cooler and freezer areas maintained at 36°F and -10°F respectively. Freezer wear is provided for work in these areas.
