About the Opportunity:
The program focuses on digitally transforming the service economy with comprehensive SaaS solutions that enhance interactions between customers and service professionals across Home & Field Services, Health Services, and Fitness & Wellness industries. The Program Manager in the Enterprise PMO will support the planning and execution of strategic transformation programs and projects, working closely with leadership to implement large-scale changes impacting Configure Price Quote (CPQ), Billing, and Revenue operations.
Responsibilities:
• Lead large-scale technology transformation programs through all phases from discovery to stabilization.
• Drive lead-to-quote and quote-to-revenue programs across multiple business units focusing on CPQ, billing, fulfillment/provisioning, and revenue recognition.
• Design program plans integrating cross-functional workstreams with focus on collaboration, risk management, communication, and change control.
• Set program goals aligned with enterprise and business-unit strategies.
• Build partnerships with workflow owners, product leads, engineering, systems integrators, business SMEs, and external stakeholders for cohesive delivery.
• Oversee project and program outputs to ensure successful outcomes in partnership with project managers.
• Support project managers by removing blockers, facilitating decisions, and addressing upstream/downstream impacts.
• Collaborate across teams to gather requirements and define success criteria.
• Identify risks, assist in mitigation strategies, and escalate issues to senior leadership as needed.
• Maintain program documentation including RAID logs, communication plans, and governance materials.
• Report progress, risks, and outcomes to executive leadership through structured updates and steering committee materials.
• Drive change control by evaluating impacts of scope, timeline, or architectural changes and partnering with stakeholders for decisions.
• Manage contractor delivery and performance ensuring quality and timeliness.
• Partner with enterprise teams, business units, and consultants to optimize operations and ensure alignment on business rules and downstream accounting impacts.
• Collaborate with executive leadership and stakeholders through regular check-ins and structured reporting to maintain alignment.
• Translate complex technical and architectural tradeoffs into clear decision options for leadership.
• Drive cross-functional alignment on critical business processes and ensure documentation and communication of decisions.
• Communicate expectations, decisions, and next steps clearly, translating technical and financial concepts into accessible information.
• Partner with Sales/CX, Billing, Accounting, Finance, Product, Engineering, and others to prioritize requirements and sequence work.
• Use strong communication skills to manage stakeholder expectations, facilitate alignment, and resolve conflicts or ambiguities.
• Foster transparent communication among project teams, business functions, senior leadership, and external partners.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Project Management, or related field.
• Certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, or Prosci are a plus.
• 6+ years of experience in project and program management with success leading complex, cross-functional SaaS or enterprise systems programs.
• Experience supporting change management initiatives including stakeholder adoption, communication planning, and operational readiness.
• Experience delivering quote-to-revenue or billing technology implementations, including integration design and business process reengineering, is a major plus.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple complex projects and program workstreams.
• Strong understanding of change management and communication practices in enterprise systems and process transformation.
• Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders; ability to translate business needs and system capabilities.
• Strong problem-solving and risk management skills.
• Proficiency in building presentations and writing decision documentation.
