Job Overview

Clients First Landscape Solutions is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial landscape and irrigation construction projects from contract award through closeout.

This is a construction management role, not a sales position. The Project Manager is responsible for budget control, cost tracking, subcontractor coordination, schedule management, and ensuring all contract deliverables are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple commercial landscape and irrigation projects
• Review and manage project budgets, schedules, and scopes
• Track job costs (labor, materials, subcontractors, change orders)
• Identify and correct cost overruns early
• Prepare change orders, RFIs, and pay applications
• Coordinate field supervisors, foremen, and subcontractors
• Conduct job walks, site meetings, and field takeoffs
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients, GCs, and developers
• Ensure work is completed safely and per plans and specifications

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience managing commercial landscape and/or irrigation construction projects
• Strong understanding of job costing and budget management
• Ability to read construction plans and specifications
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects
• Valid Texas Driver's License and reliable transportation

Preferred

• Texas Irrigation License or extensive large-system irrigation experience
• Experience managing projects $500k+
