Spa Man LLC is growing, and we are looking for a dynamic, people-focused General Manager to oversee our Granby, CO location. What You Will Do:

• Lead store operations and guide the daily workflow.
• Build and maintain a team-oriented environment where people enjoy coming to work.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and when needed, professionally terminate employees.
• Ensure all protocols, systems, and procedures are being followed.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support your staff in doing the same.
• Assist with sales support, scheduling, communication, and store organization.
• Step into any role when needed—no task is too big or too small.
• Work directly with ownership to support goals and ensure continued growth.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven success as a General Manager and the skills to thrive with multiple responsibilities daily. Understanding of retail, service, inventory, etc.
• Exceptional team-building skills and a positive leadership style.
• Comfortable with software systems, scheduling tools, and POS platforms.
• Highly reliable, organized, and committed with a great attitude.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for serving both customers and staff.
• Ability to stay calm and effective during busy times or challenging situations.
