Experienced Line Cook — Fine Dining Italian Cuisine | Full-Time | Waterbury, CT
We are a well-established Italian fine dining restaurant known for exceptional food, consistency, and a commitment to hospitality. We are seeking a skilled and dependable Line Cook to join our professional culinary team.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and execute menu items with accuracy and consistency
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient station throughout service
- Assist with daily prep, proper storage, labeling, and rotation
- Plate dishes according to established presentation standards
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and handling guidelines at all times
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen team and leadership
Qualifications
- 4+ years of professional kitchen experience required
- Fine dining or upscale Italian cuisine experience strongly preferred
- Strong knife skills and understanding of culinary techniques
- Ability to follow recipes and maintain portion and quality control
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Passion for food, teamwork, and continuous improvement
- Grill experience preferred
Compensation & Benefits
