Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Solid Surface Countertop Fabricator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming raw materials into high-quality, custom solid surface countertops that meet precise specifications. Your expertise will help bring beautiful, durable surfaces to life for a variety of projects. Responsibilities
- Measure, cut, shape, and assemble solid surface materials using hand tools and power tools to create custom countertops.
- Operate manufacturing equipment such as saws, routers, sanders, and polishing machines with precision and safety awareness.
- Follow detailed blueprints and specifications to ensure accurate fabrication and seamless fitting of surfaces.
- Use mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues and perform routine maintenance for optimal operation.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with safety protocols and quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members on assembly line tasks to ensure timely production and high-quality results.
- Inspect finished products for defects or imperfections before packaging or installation.
Requirements
- Prior factory or manufacturing facility experience, particularly in countertop fabrication or similar trades Is a HUGE plus.
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and assembly line processes within a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications accurately Or willingness to learn.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent manual dexterity and problem-solving skills.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy materials safely, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and work on a variety of projects.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
