What You Will Do

  • Lead overall dealership performance across all departments, ensuring profitability, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement
  • Drive operational excellence within a high-volume Tier 1 Import environment
  • Mentor and develop department leaders with clear goals, accountability, and structured performance evaluations

  • Partner with the comptroller/office manager to align departmental forecasts and annual financial targets

  • Set aggressive but achievable monthly and annual goals, providing the support and tools each department needs to win
  • Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and team motivation
  • Ensure full alignment with policies, processes, and compliance standards
  • Recruit, inspire, and retain a high-performance management team

What You Bring

  • Proven success as an automotive General Manager or high-performing Sales Manager (required)
  • Direct experience leading a high-volume Toyota dealership
  • Strong record of growing multi-department performance and unlocking employee potential
  • Demonstrated ability to forecast, plan, and execute against aggressive business goals
  • Expertise in hiring, developing, and motivating diverse teams
  • A hands-on, visible leadership style with excellent communication and team-building skills
