Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and a passion for the food industry. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience to our guests by delivering food and beverages with professionalism and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner, ensuring they feel welcome.
• Take accurate food and drink orders using the Aloha POS system.
• Provide detailed information about menu items, including daily specials and dietary options.
• Ensure all tables are properly sanitized and maintained throughout the dining experience.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly to guests while checking on their satisfaction.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments through the POS system.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any guest concerns or special requests.
• Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the restaurant.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating bills.
• Excellent time management abilities to efficiently serve multiple tables at once.
• Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Aloha, is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
