Distribution Operations Supervisor

• Maintain health and safety standards within the work environment, training staff in safety protocols, and ensuring all equipment is routinely maintained.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in distribution, warehousing, or logistics, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of distribution and logistical processes and best practices.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team.
• Exceptional knowledge of health and safety regulations in a warehouse setting.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and use software to track, design, and monitor distribution operations.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to deal with individuals at all levels within the organization and with external parties.
