Job Description We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving business growth. In this position, you will represent our products and services, conduct research to identify customer needs, and generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach. You will manage a pipeline of prospects, nurture relationships, and collaborate with sales executives to move opportunities forward. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn, results-driven, and passionate about building strong customer connections in a fast-paced environment./ph3Responsibilities/h3pRepresent the companys products and services with a comprehensive understanding of their value./ppConduct research to identify customer needs and align solutions accordingly./ppGenerate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and identifying new opportunities./ppManage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects, engaging sales executives for next steps./ppIdentify and implement best practices to refine the lead generation playbook./ppUtilize Salesforce, outbound calling, and email campaigns to create new sales opportunities./ppQualify leads by understanding prospect needs and recommending appropriate solutions./ppBuild long-term, trusting relationships with prospects to convert them into sales opportunities./ppProactively seek new business opportunities in the market./ppSchedule meetings or calls between prospective customers and sales executives./ppReport weekly, monthly, and quarterly results to the sales manager./ph3About You/h3pBachelors degree required./pp1+ years of experience in sales or customer service./ppStrong communication skills via phone and email./ppPositive attitude and strong desire to learn./ppAbility to work collaboratively and contribute to building a great team./ppExperience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Sales Navigator, or similar./ppPrior experience as a Sales Development Representative with a proven track record of achieving sales quotas./ph3Benefits/h3pHealth, Dental, Vision
