You’ll support service users with daily living, promote independence, and mentor junior staff to maintain the highest standards of care. Key Responsibilities • Provide hands-on, person-centred care to service users • Lead and mentor Support Workers and HCAs on shift • Assist with care planning, documentation, and risk assessments • Ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality care • Support individuals with personal care, mobility, and medication administration (in line with training) • Liaise with families, healthcare professionals, and external partners About You You are committed, reliable, and skilled in delivering excellent care. You bring warmth, professionalism, and a passion for supporting others. Essential Requirements: • Level 3 Health and Social Care qualification (or equivalent) • Experience as a Support Worker or HCA (minimum 2 years) • Strong communication and leadership skills • Ability to work flexible hours, including some weekends • Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
