Chester Valley Golf Club, located in Malvern, PA, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Dining Room Manager to oversee our dining and bar areas. We pride ourselves on creating a fun and friendly atmosphere for both our members and staff. As part of our supportive team, you will help create lasting memories through golf, recreation, and social events.

This role reports directly to the Director of Food & Beverage and is responsible for the day-to-day management of member and banquet services, as well as developing and implementing operational procedures for the Food & Beverage Department.

Your Responsibilities

• Oversee All Dining Room Operations: Supervise and coordinate dining room staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Maintain High Standards: Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations, maintaining a clean and hygienic environment.
• Handle Guest Inquiries and Complaints: Address all guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist with Events: Helpwith setup and execution of specials events as needed.

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership and management skills.
• Minimum 3 years of food service experience.
• Experience in both fine and casual dining.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Extensive knowledge of Food & Beverage operations within the Private Club industry.
• Associate degree or higher in hospitality management or a related field (preferred).
• Open availability for flexible scheduling.
• Experience with Jonas Encore software system (preferred).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: $55, $60,000.00 per year
