At CUT New York, the Host is the first and lasting impression of the guest experience. This role is ideal for a polished, warm, and organized hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced fine-dining environment. Hosts play a key role in setting the tone of service—welcoming guests with genuine hospitality, managing reservations and flow, and supporting seamless front-of-house operations in alignment with the Wolfgang Puck brand.

Pay: $22 / hour

• Greet and welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and confidence
• Manage reservations, waitlists, and guest flow to ensure an exceptional dining experience
• Communicate effectively with management, servers, and support staff to maintain smooth service pacing
• Accurately manage reservation systems and guest notes, including special requests and VIP recognition
• Maintain a polished host stand and entry area at all times
• Answer phones professionally and assist guests with inquiries
• Support seating strategy to balance service efficiency and guest satisfaction
• Assist with coat check, menus, and guest directions as needed
• Uphold all CUT New York service standards and hospitality expectations

• Previous host or front-of-house experience in an upscale or fine-dining environment preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Professional appearance and polished demeanor
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
• Comfortable standing for extended periods of time
• Open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
