- Proven track record as an automotive technician (Ford experience = bonus points)
- Valid driver's license + clean driving record
- Sharp diagnostic and repair skills
- Positive, team-first mindset
- ASE or manufacturer certifications? Awesome — but not mandatory.
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles with precision
- Communicate like a pro with advisors and teammates
