Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Technician to join our team in Northeast Pennsylvania. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in PLCs, water and wastewater systems, manufacturing environments, and electrical systems. This role requires the ability to work independently, perform field-based tasks, and provide leadership on small-scale projects.

Skills

• Troubleshoot control systems consisting of PLC, HMI, and VFDs.
• Interpret wiring diagrams, troubleshoot and build control panels.
• Troubleshoot digital/analog systems, and instrumentation.
• Work closely with customers to understand their needs.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems.
• Basic understanding of network configurations.
• Use voltage and current meters for field diagnostics
• Travel as required to client sites.
• Installation of electrical equipment.

Education and Experience

• Associate's in Electronics, Electrical or related field, or comparable work experience.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint).
• Excellent communication skills; comfortable working directly with clients and project teams.
• Self-motivated and ability to work independently.

Working Environment

Duties are performed in an office environment/workshop and will require travel to customer sites to perform analysis, installation, and troubleshoot, etc. Must be willing to work in a variety of industrial facilities. Employees will be exposed to excessive noise or adverse environmental issues.

Physical Demands

Must be able to sit and/or stand for prolonged hours consistent with the average workday. Must be able to climb stairs and/or ladders; must be able to stoop, kneel, crouch and/or crawl; must be able to move, transport, position, place, install, remove and/or replace various types of equipment; must be able to lift 50-70 lbs. unassisted.
