Machine Operator

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Entry-Level Machine Operator to join our production team. No direct experience is required—just a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn. 3rd shift - 11pm - 7am

$18/HR

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate basic machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner
• Follow work instructions, safety protocols, and quality standards
• Monitor machine output and report any issues or malfunctions
• Load materials, inspect parts, and perform routine maintenance tasks
• Keep work area clean and organized
• Work closely with team leads and supervisors to meet production goals

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to stand, lift, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Basic math and communication skills
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour
