Manufacturing Engineer

What You'll Do:

• Drive process improvements that boost efficiency, safety, and product quality.
• Partner with design engineers to bring complex ideas to life in the shop.
• Develop tools, fixtures, and layouts that keep our teams productive.
• Lead continuous improvement projects with Lean and Six Sigma principles.
• Be the go-to problem-solver on the production floor.

Requirements

What You Bring:

• Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (or relevant experience).
• CAD skills (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar).
• 10+ years of experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment.
• A knack for troubleshooting and process optimization.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
