Position Overview

We are now hiring CDL-A Regional Truck Drivers based in Puyallup, WA, to support expanding regional freight operations throughout the Pacific Northwest. This position is well-suited for motivated drivers looking for consistent weekly miles, strong earnings, and the reliability of assigned late-model equipment.

Primary Responsibilities

• Operate commercial tractor-trailer equipment on scheduled regional routes
• Haul and deliver freight safely and efficiently to designated destinations
• Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspection
• Maintain accurate HOS logs, BOLs, and delivery records
• Communicate clearly with dispatch regarding route progress, delays
• Follow DOT regulations and company safety policies to ensure full compliance
• Demonstrate professionalism and strong customer service at all times

Compensation & Position Benefits

• Weekly Earnings: $1,250.00 – $1, average
• Miles: 2,500 – 3,000+ per week
• Equipment: Assigned 2023–2025 Freightliner Cascadia – automatic transmission
• Pay Schedule: Weekly direct deposit
• Additional Pay: Detention, layover & stop pay
• Incentives: Safety and performance-based bonuses

Minimum Requirements

• Valid CDL-A license
• Must meet all DOT safety and qualification requirements
• Open to recent CDL graduates
