Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Children's Residential Program 
Randolph, MA and Norwood, MA
Day, Evening, and Overnight Shifts Available | Full-Time & Part-Time

Make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and adolescents (ages 3–21) with autism and developmental disabilities. As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) in our residential program, you'll help create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can grow, thrive, and achieve greater independence.

Your Impact
•    Support children with daily routines including hygiene, meals, dressing, and medication.
•    Create a positive, structured environment that encourages communication, play, and skill-building.
•    Use behavior support strategies to promote emotional regulation and reduce challenging behavior.
•    Partner with clinical, educational, and healthcare teams to support individualized treatment plans.
•    Provide transportation and community integration support for outings, appointments, and school transitions.

What You Bring
•    High School Diploma or GED.
•    Valid U.S. driver's license with at least 1 year of driving experience.
•    Patience, compassion, and the ability to support children with diverse communication and behavioral needs.
•    Experience with children or individuals with special needs (preferred but not required).
