Bartender

Overview
We are seeking a friendly and skilled Bartender to join our dynamic hospitality team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service, a strong knowledge of beverage preparation, and experience in fast-paced food and beverage environments. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in various settings, including fine dining, nightclubs, and banquet events. The successful will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere while efficiently serving drinks and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately using POS systems such as TOAST
• Engage with guests to provide excellent customer service, including taking orders, recommending drinks, and managing special requests
• Maintain cleanliness and proper food safety standards in the bar area
• Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering and cash handling procedures
• Manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently through effective time management skills
• Restock supplies and ensure the bar area is organized at all times
• Comply with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service policies
• Assist with catering, banquet, or nightclub events as needed
• Uphold a professional appearance and demeanor consistent with hospitality standards

Skills

• Proficiency with POS systems such as TOAST
• Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on hospitality excellence
• Experience in fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings preferred
• Knowledge of food safety, food handling, and responsible alcohol service practices
• Ability to multitask effectively in fast-paced environments
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and drink measurements
• Excellent time management to serve guests promptly during busy hours
• Previous experience in food industry roles such as serving, catering, or retail math is advantageous
• Familiarity with brewing processes is a plus for beverage preparation expertise
