Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Customer Experience & Office Manager to oversee daily office operations, enhance client interactions, and support team management. This role is vital in ensuring a seamless customer journey while maintaining efficient administrative processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills, with experience in office management, event planning, and human resources. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a professional environment that values excellence in service and operational efficiency.

Duties

  • Client Care & Post-Closing Experience
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all past clients after closing.

Client Engagement, Events & Referrals

  • Plan and manage client appreciation events (Quarterly + Annual).

  • Coordinate seasonal gifts, pop-bys, and surprise-and-delight moments.

  • Help manage swag and gift inventory.

  • Support local business partnerships and community events.

  • Track client touches and assist in referral generation.

Office Management & Front Desk Operations

  • Welcome guests and answer phones with warmth and professionalism.

  • Keep the office organized, stocked, and running smoothly.

  • Manage inventory (office supplies, kitchen, swag, printing materials).

  • Oversee conference room scheduling and team event setup.

  • Handle mail, packages, vendor communication, and light administrative tasks.

  • Create a positive, polished, and welcoming office experience every day.

Team Support

  • Assist with new agent onboarding materials and welcome kits.

  • Support team trainings, masterminds, and events.

  • Maintain a professional, upbeat atmosphere aligned with the Gogan Team brand.

  • Execute our client nurture plan: 1-week, 30-day, 90-day, 6-month, 12-month, and annual check-ins.

  • Send texts, make calls, and write personal notes to ensure clients feel cared for.

  • Provide vendor referrals, local recommendations, and support.

  • Gather Google + Zillow reviews.

  • Maintain accurate client notes in Follow Up Boss.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48, $58,000.00 per year
